Project Description
A 12-story residential development located in the heart of downtown Jamaica, Queens, Ruby Square features two interlocking L-shaped glass towers enclosing a private green space. Highlights of the façade include expansive glass window configurations paired with brick and metal elements. Along with the full-size window wall, Vista also installed the interior and exterior glass-walled storefronts. The project holds 525 residential units including 105 affordable homes.
