Project Description
The iconic Margaritaville resorts arrive to New York in a 29-story hotel in the heart of Times Square. The resort features 224 rooms, five restaurants, an outdoor heated pool with a FlowRider wave machine allowing guests to surf while overlooking dazzling Manhattan views. The façade combines glass curtain wall with metal panels, offsets, and outdoor spaces in a novel design that complements the neighborhood.
