Project Description
New 29-story hotel is in the heart of Times Square and features 224 rooms, five restaurants, an outdoor pool with a FlowRider wave machine allowing guests to surf while overlooking bustling Manhattan views. The façade combines glass curtain wall with metal panels, offsets, and outdoor spaces in a novel design that complements the neighborhood.
