New construction 26-story 210 guest room Marriott Renaissance Hotel and adjacent 27-story, 191-unit residential apartment tower, part of the revitalization of the West 125th Street Harlem corridor. The development encompasses the renovation and restoration of the historic 1917 Victoria Theater which functions as the entrance to the hotel and residential building. Features of the development include retail and office space, ballroom and event spaces, and an arts center with performance venues.
